Couples Birthing Intensive

Does it feel impossible to dedicate four weeks to childbirth education? This afternoon intensive delivers the essential basics from the Prenatal Yoga Series. Ideal as a refresher course, or as a last-minute preparation when your due date is right around the corner! You'll hear directly from a doula who's attended hundreds of births about what is helpful in labor–and what may hinder it. What to eat, drink, how to breathe, how to meditate, and how to move, this class goes beyond the traditional hospital-based childbirth education class.
