Having our baby with Health Foundations was truly a life changing experience. After having a c-section with our first child, we had no idea what to expect from our second labor. Amy and Kate were incredibly supportive, loving, yet firm and always believed in my ability to birth my baby, perhaps more than I believed in myself. Part of the success of our pregnancy and birth was Amy and Kate's faith in my body's ability to do what it does naturally. They not only guided me along the pregnancy with amazing tips, advice and encouragement, but they also supported me emotionally through one of the most vulnerable times in my life. Initial Consultation

We offer complimentary initial consultations that give you the opportunity to meet the midwife as well as learn more about the services we offer. Ample time is given to ask questions. Our goal is to help you achieve the best birthing experience possible for you. The first step in achieving this is to feel comfortable with with midwife you choose.

We invite you to join us on the first or third Thursday of each month, from 6:00-7:00pm, for an informational session and tour. If you are unable to attend an informational session on a Thursday evening, you are welcome to schedule a consultation during our normal business hours.
