Childbirth Education Class

We are thrilled to offer a childbirth education class specifically designed for Twin Cities Birth Center families! Class topics include: 

  • Prenatal Exercises / Baby Positioning

  • Stages of labor / Comfort measures

  • Postpartum Care

The class will include a birth video, relaxation techniques, and fun interactive activities.

The class is held in the Twin Cities Birth Center studio. 

Class materials include a class material binder.

This class is complimentary and required for any client that has not given birth at TCBC. It is held in-person, the third Monday of the month from 6pm-9pm and the first Saturday of every month from 1pm-4pm.
