Jan Kaste, NP, RN, APRN, IBCLC
Jan comes to Health Foundations with many years of OB, NICU, infertility and Women’s Health experience. She became certified as a Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner in 1999. As the home visit postpartum nurse, these years of experience allow her to offer exceptional support to our new families.
As an IBCLC, Jan offers skilled breastfeeding support and education to our patients, both at the home visit and in the office.
Jan lives in rural Somerset, WI with her two Rhodesian Ridgebacks. She is an avid horseback rider and enjoys trail riding and also competes in the working cow horse disciplines.
Jan is the mom to two grown children and has three grandsons, whom she adores. Two more grandchildren are due in the coming months
She also enjoys reading historical fiction and is a quilter.
Jan loves her work with the Health Foundations families and feels priviledged to be part of their care. It is an amazing experience to be welcomed into our patient’s homes and provide them education and support at this very unique and amazing time in their lives!
